When you sign in with Google, Homelab receives your name and email address. They are used only to check whether your email address is on the invitation list.
The owner's backup tool uses Google Drive with the drive.file permission. It can only read and write files that it created itself, in the owner's own Google Drive.
Sign-in records are kept by Cloudflare Access, which protects this server, according to its own retention rules. To have your access removed, contact the owner using the support email shown on the Google sign-in screen. You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
